A Climate Collaboration for the Lands and Cultures of Southern California's Tribes

Through the use of mutual education, environmental programs, and traditional knowledges, and a focus on community priorities, local ecosystems, and holistic management, we collaborate to safeguard the lands and cultures of southern California Tribes from the impacts of climate change.

Participants of the Tribal Working Group convene on a regular basis to collaborate with researchers and non-tribal partners and allies to advance projects that promote intertribal efforts that integrate cultural and natural resource conservation, equal valuation of ways of knowing, and adhere to data and knowledge sovereignty policies.
