The Climate Science Alliance team was pleased to participate in this year's California Landscape Stewardship Network meeting with over 60 partners from across California. The network represents a diverse range of partnerships from across California working together on climate change and sharing common challenges. Read the blog below to learn more!

The Climate Science Alliance team was pleased to join this year's convening of the California Landscape Stewardship Network (CLSN) held on Cahuilla homelands in Idyllwild, with over 60 partners from across California. The time during this meeting was informative and restorative for us, we had the opportunity to connect, establish new relationships, and reflect on the elements that we share in common in our work spaces. We also were pleased to see friends and colleagues from across the state, including long-time partners Idyllwild Arts Academy and our fellow CNNCTS (Collaborative of Native Nations for Climate Transformation and Stewardship) network partners from the Native American Land Conservancy.

Amber Pairis, Executive Director of the Climate Science Alliance,  participated in a panel leading reflections on the power of collaboration and how organizations are working in community to advance best practices.

We extend a special thanks to Devin Landry and the CLSN team for hosting us in the beautiful San Jacinto mountains.
