Training Pathways

Interested in both training pathways? Let us know!

What can I expect from either training?

While each training will have a different focus – native plants or wildland fire – cultural and traditional ecological knowledge will be at the forefront of the learning experience, and participants will gain valuable skills and professional opportunities to build their career.

Courses are tentatively scheduled to begin in January 2022. Supplementary field courses may begin as early as November 2021.

Who should sign up?

Tribal community members from across Southern California who are interested or curious about the Stewardship Pathways Program are encouraged to sign up for program updates. All we need from you is one form of contact information – you’ll be the first to know of training dates and application information.

No formal experience or background is necessary to be considered for these training pathways.
