Native Coast Action Network and the Climate Science Alliance Launch New Collaboration

We are excited to announce our partnership with the Native Coast Action Network! We aim to enhance climate adaptation efforts and environmental stewardship by advancing climate resilience projects and fostering environmental education within our communities. We will be supporting joint training and gathering events, integrating Stewardship Pathways into Native Coast Action Network initiatives, and facilitating engagement between staff at both of our organizations.

The Climate Science Alliance is excited to announce a new partnership with Native Coast Action Network (NCAN). The Alliance has a shared vision alongside NCAN to preserve and revitalize indigenous cultural knowledge, connecting communities and thriving in coastal homelands. This partnership will focus on advancing shared objectives related to cultural fire, coastal reconnection, climate adaptation and resilience for the benefit of all people, the land and water, and our more than human relatives.

The partnership stems from the Collaborative of Native Nations for Climate Transformation and Stewardship (CNNCTS), of which NCAN is a part.
