In an informative webinar, Resource Media shared essential tools and strategies for organizations looking to elevate their communication efforts. The session, designed to empower participants with practical skills, focused on the use of Canva templates and tipsheets for creating compelling announcements and the integration of videos into social media and website content.

One attendee, enthusiastic about the training, shared her experience:

I’m working on a media pitch for Desert View Plant… It’s my first media pitch, so all of this information is really useful. Thank you!

This sentiment echoed across the webinar, reflecting the immediate and practical impact of the resources provided. The session was a testament to the power of equipping community leaders with the tools needed to effectively share their story.

This webinar was made possible by the support of The California Endowment (TCE). Special thanks to the Resource Media team for sharing this resource and their time.

This webinar was part of the Stewardship Pathways Program, hosted by the Climate Science Alliance in partnership with Center for Community Energy and Environmental Justice (CCEEJ) and the Collaborative of Native Nations for Climate Transformation and Stewardship (CNNCTS).
